Help with my 6 month old who is extremely congested?

My little girl had a cold for about 2 weeks, she then had one very bad night , the symptoms were like croupe, barking cough and breathing sounded strange this appeared from nowhere. Since then, which was about 5 days ago, she has been extremely congested, I went to the doctors the day after the croupe episode and the doctor said her chest was clear. She is still just as bad, she throws up phlem sometimes. She is just so congested its untrue, even worse at night than day obviously. I have used saline drops for her nose and drops to put on her bedding to help with her breathing. When she coughs you can hear it rattle around.. Im not sure what else to do as she is no better. I introduced solids last week which she loves but have now stopped as she is so congested and has started to refuse everything until she is better I am gonna keep her on milk. She seems to be getting tired more during the day too Any suggestions what to do?
