Which major is right for me?

I am starting college in the fall and would like to have an idea of what I would like to major in so I would spend an extra year or two in college wasting money because I couldn't make a decision. I am seriously considering nursing and neuroscience and have interests in biology, functions and diseases of the human body, and the brain. I know that college is a time for exploration and my interests could change in the future, but I would at least like to have a definite idea of something I could probably spend the rest of my life doing.
