Please answer I really want to know :does anyone else have a problem with sour skittles?

I had a bag of sour skittles and now the Roof of my mouth and tounge are raw. I have had them before and get the same thing... there called acid burns... My question to all of you is are they safe.. I mean really a candy that causes physical damage to your mouth its kind of weird that people still buy theese things and that they are still made... dont get me wrong they are kind of addictive and I do get craving every once in a while but still... someone could probablly sue the skittles company for not putting a warning label or making them so the candy does not cause acid burns
