Is this inmaturity, or just being rash? Either way, how can I stop being that way?

I just called a girl a b*tch through facebook, because she wouldnt pick up my phone calls. I htink i jsut cant give up a girl cuz i get infatuated with them, but really i'd like this to stop. I am always this needy and get upset if gril dont answer me fast enough in msn, bbm whatever. maybe this has something to do with that all my freidns have had girls and i havent yet.
