Can u believe How much a gallon of gas costs in VENEZUELA?

This is a communist country, ruled by hugo chavez if u didnt know... well it costs $0.12 (TWELVE cents).. this is unbelieveably insane... i wonder what life in the us would be like if they shared their oil
