okay i no yall would do that..but i mean how likely are you to go past a car in the shadow of a neighborhood like parked near a fence, and what if you went past and you saw a lighter turn, on, would you turn around and go inspect it..and if you got out of your car with your flashlight and started walkin over, would you chase the car if it speed off
