How to close a game on nintendo DS and go back to the page where all the games are?

See my instructions are in JAPANESE!! So i don't understand what they have wrote. And i don't know how to close a games like for example i am playing super marion, i want to quit it and go to the page with all the games. How do i do that. Plz HELP!!!
