Dealing with friends and a disability? Help?

Your friends want to help you because they enjoy your company and care about you. You seem like you are good person. Just let your friends know that you appreciate their help, maybe do something nice for them every now and then to repay the favor - like, make them a special gift or host a movie night or game night at your house. Friends help each other out and do nice things for each other. If one of your friends needed help and you could help them out you would do that, wouldn't you? I bet you wouldn't think twice about it.
